We now know when the financial results for the three-month period ending June 30 will be released from iHeartMedia, Cumulus Media and Entravision Communications.
The nation’s largest single owner of broadcast radio stations, iHeartMedia, will issue financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025, following the closing bell on Wall Street for Monday August 11.
This will give analysts and investors about 30 minutes to review the data before CEO Bob Pittman and CFO/COO Rich Bressler participate in a conference call at 4:30pm Eastern.
Four analysts have offered revenue estimates for iHeartMedia in Q2, and this puts the consensus forecast at $912.35 million — down 1.8% year-over-year.
The revelation of iHeart’s Q2 results will come following the early morning Q2 2025 earnings report release and 8:30am Eastern earnings call on Thursday, August 7 for Cumulus Media.
With shares trading on the volatile over-the-counter marketplace and presently just $0.1250 per share, investors could anticipate a 7-cent loss per share in Q2. Two analysts chimed in on revenue, putting the consensus estimate at $184.15 million, off by 10.1% from the second quarter of 2024.
But, before the world sees the fiscal results for those companies, media and ad tech company Entravision Communications will release its second quarter 2025 financial results after market close on Tuesday, August 5. The company will host a conference call to discuss its results followed by a question-and-answer session at 5pm Eastern that day.
No analysts reporting to Yahoo! Finance presently track Entravision.
