Today, his voice, visage and brand messaging can be found across a wide swath of the U.S. That’s thanks in part to a huge investment in spot television that continued as April turned to May, based on Media Monitors data.
In the latest Spot Ten TV report, national spot activity from Morgan & Morgan, the accident attorney specialist, tops them all.
It’s a lucrative and growing ad category for broadcast radio and out-of-home advertising as well, with Sweet James and Rafi Law Group among the brands one seemingly cannot escape while traveling in Arizona, California or Nevada.
For Morgan & Morgan, outdoor and audio ads alone won’t do, and the Spot TV play count last week totaled 48,852.
Meanwhile, Progressive is in a Spot TV battle for supremacy with Liberty Mutual Insurance as Pharma brands Tremfya, Skyrizi and Rinvoq remain in the Spot Ten TV report.
