In late February, Talking Stick Communications agreed to sell a Class A FM to the northeast of Fort Wayne, Ind., for $300,000.

It appears Talking Stick wasn’t done with its divestment in Indiana. The company is spinning two other FMs and an AM with an FM translator. As first reported by Indiana RadioWatch, Talking Stick is selling Class B Talk WRSW-AM 1480 and FM translator W259BJ at 99.7 MHz; Class B 50kw Classic Hits WRSW-FM 107.3 in Warsaw; and Class A WAWC-FM 103.5 in Syracuse, to the northeast of Warsaw.

The stations are being acquired by Kensington Digital Media of Indiana, led by Tony Richards and Jack Didier.

A purchase price was not immediately known; a Form 314 filing is expected with the FCC this week.

The deal follows the February sale of Class A WFGA-FM 106.7 in Hicksville, Ohio, to Swick Broadcasting Co. That deal saw Jason James of Patrick Communications serve as the exclusive broker.

Talking Stick is a subsidiary of Federated Media.
