WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Republican Congressman representing Kentucky’s second district is now the Chairman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, which maintains oversight of the FCC.
Brett Guthrie succeeds the retired Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-Wash.), and he’s revealed who the chief counsels for the 119th Congress will be for the House E&C’s various subcommittees.
