The buzz was about LinkedIn’s IPO as its shares soared in the first day of trading, but it was an otherwise lackluster day on Wall Street. Still, stock prices were generally a bit higher. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 45 points, or 0.4%, to 12,605. Broadcasting stocks were mixed.
The RBR Radio Index was down 4.440, or 1.2%, to 381.771.
The TVBR Television Index was up 2.683, or 1%, to 260.457.
