Stocks close higher as energy stocks rally

Stocks on Wednesday advanced for the first session this week, with oil producers leading the gains, as the price of crude settled at a more-than-two-year high on the view of coming military action against Syria. The Dow rose 48.38 points, or 0.3%, to 14,825.36.

The RBR Radio Index was up 2.170, or .3%, to 678.586.

The TVBR Television Index was up .130, or .02%, to 668.993.
