New York stations can now garner ad money from sports fantasy sites FanDuel and DraftKings.
After being shut down for nearly six hours on Friday they gained a reprieve when a New York appeals court judge granted a temporary emergency stay to allow the sites to stay in business in the state.
The case is being watched in other states as well.
