East Arkansas Broadcasters (EAB) — the radio broadcasting company owned by Bobby Caldwell — has been a fan of rimshot FM signals in recent years. A March 2021 transaction saw EAB agree to buy a station with a Class C3 25kw facility best heard in North Little Rock and in the cities of Cabot and Searcy.
Now, Caldwell, through a revocable trust, is agreeing to buy a station that serves an area due south of the Arkansas city of Jonesboro.
