An AM radio station licensed for 11kw during daylight hours from three towers and 700 watts at night via 2 towers is being sold by a Vietnamese media entrepreneur, along with two FM translators linked to this North Texas facility.

The owner is a broadcast ministry that will use the radio signals to fuel its message of Christ.

KCLE-AM 1460 in Burleson, Tex., due south of Fort Worth, is being spun along with K239CC in Burleson and K226BM in Cleburne, Tex.

The seller is Intelli LLC, the South Asian broadcaster based in San Jose, Calif., led by Do Van Tron.

With The Law Office of Dan J. Alpert serving as legal counsel, Intelli reached a deal with Grace Media Partners to acquire KCLE and the two FM translators. GMP is the parent of Wilkins Radio Network, a 35-year old religious broadcasting operation.

A time brokerage agreement is already in place.

This gives WRN a Lone Star State audio home for the first time.

A $550,000 purchase price has been agreed to; a 10% deposit is being held by broker Beth Griffin, of Griffin Media Partners.

The remaining funds will be paid in cash, at closing.
