TASCAM has brought to market its Sonicview 16dp and 24dp Digital Mixer with Multi-environment Touchscreens.
Expanding on the powerful features of the Sonicview series, the new DP model introduces a redundant power supply. Designed for broadcast environments and system integrators, the Sonicview DP line is designed to ensure that key audio never drops out. “By incorporating dual power supplies, the console guarantees function safety, giving professionals peace of mind required for high-stakes productions,” TASCAM says.
The DP model features TASCAM’s Class 1 HDIA microphone preamps, touchscreen control and customizable user keys, and multi-functionality for broadcast, live, studio, and install applications.
“With Sonicview DP, we’re delivering the same world-class sound and usability that our customers expect, but now with the added assurance of redundant power,” said Sean Daily, Product Specialist at TASCAM. “For broadcasters and integrators who can’t afford to even entertain the idea of downtime, this console provides the stability and confidence needed to keep systems up and running at all times.”
While one power supply is included with the Sonicview 16dp and 24dp models, an additional PS-P2450 is available for purchase.
