The Linear TV ‘Resurgence’ Brought by a Pandemic


Some 85% of individuals who participated in a just-released study have seen their lives impacted in significant ways by the COVID-19 pandemic.

For broadcast TV, there appears to be a silver lining. Adults 25-54 have erased a trend started in 2018 with respect to time spent with traditional television, compared to “over-the-top” (OTT) options.
