Six Arizona Radio Stations Poised To Change Hands

Four FM radio stations and two sibling properties on the AM band are being sold by Henry Ash and his Petracom of Holbrook LLC, paperwork filed late Friday with the FCC for its regulatory approval shows.


Who’s the buyer?

Floyd Simmons, and his Simcast Digital LLC, is agreeing to purchase the following stations:

Simmons is notable sports play-by-play announcer in the Grand Canyon State and happens to be the General Manager of the six stations, which serve communities due east of Flagstaff and in the White Mountains, which is bisected by U.S. 60.

A $550,000 purchase price has been agreed to by the parties.
