Satellite Rule Changes Could Affect Station Owners

The agency has made progress in this area, he notes, citing reducing the pile of cases that have been pending for more than six months, speeding up processing licensing applications and renewals and closing open dockets.

The agency is about to reform two additional areas; one directly impacts broadcasters.
