“The best in classic television” with programming including classic second-run episodes of Doctor Who, Naked City, The Beverly Hillbillies, One Step Beyond, The Ray Bradbury Theater and soap opera The Doctors is returning to a fast-growing DMA after being absent there since 2021.

Retro TV, the Get After It Media-owned digital multicast network, is back in Boise, Idaho, courtesy of KRID-LD.

It will appear on Channel 22.7, a move Get After It Media President Joel Wertman was thrilled to announce. “Viewers have been clamoring to bring Retro TV back to Boise for years,” he said.

KRID’s DT1 signal is branded as “Idaho TV 22.” It’s owned by Karlo Maalouf, owner and founder of Mr. Antenna.  The business focuses on rooftop antenna installation, and with the increase of “cord-cutting” and the event test of Evoca in Boise, KRID is a prime example of how some licensees believe it can build revenue through attracting consumers from pay-TV platforms with digital multichannel offerings such as Retro TV.
