A broadcast industry company specializing in the development of tools used by internal testing teams and globally by customers (typically TV set-top box manufacturers and/or TV platform operators) to meet broadcast industry device conformance requirements is welcoming a new executive chairman.
Yaron Kottler takes the role for the London-based company.
Kottler is known for his role as a co-founder of quality engineering firm Qualitest. There, he was instrumental in developing and delivering a global growth strategy, including targeted acquisitions and development of strategic alliances.
Resillion, previously Eurofins Digital Testing, partners with Media, Energy, Healthcare, Finance and Consumer sector companies to provide end-to-end quality engineering and cybersecurity.
Previous CEO Dik Vos will sit on the board as a Non-Executive Director, collaborating with investors Stirling Square Capital Partners.
