Nexstar Media Group late Wednesday submitted a reply brief with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that largely reiterates its earlier arguments while offering a plea to do something many have predicted — removing the state Attorneys General that joined DirecTV in fighting against its regulatorily-approved merger with TEGNA.
