PNC Financial Services Group (PNC) has selected Interpublic’s Deutsch as the bank’s AOR. Doner Detroit has held the account since 2001. PNC, it is now one of the nation’s biggest banks by assets through its year-end acquisition of National City, which doubled PNC’s size. Otherys vying for the business were fellow Interpublic unit McCann Erickson, Omnicom’s TBWAChiatDay and Publicis Groupe’s Leo Burnett.
