A coalition of 12 state Attorneys General, led by California’s Rob Bonta, has moved forward with its highly expected move of filing a lawsuit challenging the $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery by the parent of CBS News & Stations.
It’s the second such move by Bonta, as he successfully convinced other state AGs to join DirecTV in fighting Nexstar Media Group’s merger with TEGNA.
