New Year’s Eve 2025 is rapidly approaching, and broadcast TV stations that are developing plans for their on-air, online and social coverage of New Year’s Eve now have access to this year’s official Times Square New Year’s Eve content, courtesy of Countdown Entertainment and the Times Square Alliance.

The co-organizers of the famous Ball Drop are once again offering free, HD satellite/fiber feeds and an embeddable webcast of the celebration from Times Square in New York, as well as content throughout the remainder December featuring behind-the-scenes preparations leading up to the big night.

The New Year’s Eve live feeds are clean and uninterrupted, with no bug, logo or commercials. They are available free of charge to domestic and international media organizations and feature exclusive panoramic views from proprietary camera locations with ambient and natural sounds, as well as the lighting and raising of the famous New Year’s Ball, hourly countdowns, live musical performances from to-be-named artists, and special guests.

The international webcast of the event will provide live, commercial-free coverage leading up to the Ball Drop at midnight. The webcast is available for media outlets, webmasters and bloggers to embed on their own websites and social media pages. An additional feed will be available this year including open captions and American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation.

Updates will be made in the coming weeks as talent, run of show and additional details are announced.
