Norsan, Genuine Austin Radio Finalize Terms on Multi-Station Sale

Norsan Media and Genuine Austin Radio have formally amended and confirmed their 2024 asset purchase agreement for a package of Austin-area radio stations, locking in pricing adjustments and revised closing conditions as the deal nears completion.
