NH CP goes from one Frizzell to another

A chunk of an AM station DIY project in the portfolio of Mt. Washington Radio & Gramophone LLC is going from Ronald R. to Gregory L. – with both using the last name Frizzell when they sign on the dotted line. The station is licensed to Conway NH.

The change will involve 11% of the licensee, and will take Gregory’s share from 40% to 51%, while knocking Ronald down from 60% to 49%. The price for the change in share is $123,750, paid over the course of 38 months pursuant to terms of a promissory note.

Conway is in the Concord NH market, and it’s home to three other MWR&G stations, Hot AC WVMJ-FM, Adult Album Alternative WMWV-FM & News/Talk/Info WBNC-AM.

The CP is for a Class C on 1340 kHz with 620 w-U off a non-directional antenna.
