The Arkansas Broadcasters Association has commenced its search for the organization’s next Executive Director, ahead of the forthcoming retirement of the person that presently holds that role, Neal Gladner.
“We are deeply grateful to Neal for his leadership and service to our members, and we are committed to finding a successor who will continue to strengthen and advance our association,” said ABA President Kristen Speer.
The ABA Board of Directors has formed a search committee and will give preference to candidates with broadcast management experience. She added that the association is seeking a leader who understands the vital role broadcasters play in serving communities across Arkansas.

Gladner will remain in his post until a new Executive Director is chosen, or until the association’s Annual convention in September, whichever occurs first.
