‘FAST’ Channels: A ‘Formidable Force’ Competing For Ad Budgets

Three senior analysts at respected Wall Street media industry-focused investment house MoffettNathanson are downright giddy about free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channels. While YouTube is acknowledged as the biggest free streaming platform when it comes to ad revenue — some $20 billion was seen in 2025 — they point to Tubi and Roku Channel, both of which have driven FAST growth.
