The nation’s No. 1 owner of broadcast television stations has reached a “comprehensive multi-year distribution agreement” with the vMVPD and streaming video platform majority owned by The Walt Disney Company.

The deal between Nexstar Media Group and Hulu covers 122 of the publicly traded broadcast media company’s local television stations, including the launch of the company’s MyNetworkTV affiliates and unaffiliated stations — including KRON-4 in San Francisco.

The new agreement extends carriage of Nexstar-owned cable news network, NewsNation, on Hulu + Live TV.

Financial terms of the agreement were not released.
