WASHINGTON, D.C. — The departure of Paramount‘s Sr. VP of Government Regulations & Regulatory Counsel at the end of 2025 for a role at SAP and the abrupt exit of Jeffery Liberman from Entravision Communications has resulted in two replacements on the NAB Television Board of Directors for the respective companies.

Appointed to the NAB TV Board to take the Paramount seat is Makan Delrahim, the Chief Legal Officer at the Skydance Corp. unit. Delrahim assumed the role after Keith Murphy departed the company after nearly two decades, serving in his most recent role since March 2012.

In February, Murphy was named Head of Government Affairs for the Americas at SAP, the business technology giant.

Delrahim joined Paramount in October 2025 from “Big Law” firm Latham & Watkins LLP, where he advised clients on complex mergers and transactions and other matters. Before that, Delrahim served as the 35th Assistant Attorney General for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division.

Concurrently, Entravision President Maria Martinez-Guzman is taking that company’s seat on the NAB TV Board.

With Liberman’s departure, Martinez-Guzman now oversees television and digital video programming, local sales for television-only markets and national sales for the company. She arrived at Entravision after serving as Exec. VP of News at TelevisaUnivision’s Univision NewsPort in Miami.

She joined Univision News in 2002 as an assignment editor.
