NAB Sides With Soo Kim, TEGNA In FCC Fight

The nation’s biggest advocate for broadcast media companies on Capitol Hill has responded to the decision by Standard General, TEGNA and Cox Media Group to sue the FCC.


The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in a Washington, D.C., federal appeals court, seeks court approval to stop a Media Bureau decision to issue a Hearing Designation Order regarding questions it has over the now-in-peril privatization of the broadcast television station owner formerly known as Gannett.

And, theĀ NABĀ supports the challenge.
