It was due nearly five years ago but was neither finished by the Pai Commission nor the Wheeler Commission. Now, with work on the 2022 quadrennial review of the FCC’s rules underway, the agency is under a court order to get its long-overdue 2018 quadrennial review done in less than four weeks.
As the clock ticks, the NAB‘s three key legal and regulatory affairs leaders have called on the Commission to “carefully its prior determinations” regarding to its local TV ownership rules.
