AGOURA HILLS, CALIF. — A company known across the radio industry for its commercial and program delivery services has shifted to a bigger office space on the south side of the Ventura Freeway in this growing Conejo Valley community to the northwest of Los Angeles.
At the same time, it’s added a veteran radio industry figure to provide support and training to this firm’s East Coast clients.
Mr. Master, the developer of the software products Media Shooter Pro, a commercial distribution platform, and AIM (Automation Import Manager), are now located in a facility that nearly quadruples its previous square footage.
The company says this provides more room to expand sales and support personnel.

With the expansion comes the arrival of Trent Muldrow, who will provide technical support, training, and installations for AIM and MediaShooterPro clients from the East Coast, where he is already based.
“Trent’s extensive knowledge of radio automation, traffic systems, and IT made him the perfect fit to join our organization,” says Mr. Master president Stu Jacobs. “As a former client, he was a tremendous asset, providing us helpful suggestions enabling us to see the full workflow from a station’s perspective. I know he will bring that same level of enthusiasm and professionalism to serve and support our station and network clients going forward.”
Muldrow is an early adopter of Mr. Master’s AIM software product, and was most recently Director/Engineering for Alpha Media‘s Eastern Region, overseeing 15 markets.
He has previously served in various engineering, IT, and programming roles with YMF Media, Inner City Broadcasting, iHeart predecessor Clear Channel, and former radio station owner AMFM.
