Travel south of the Oklahoma City area and you’ll come across the small cities of Chickasha, Duncan and Lawton, Okla. Here, Mollman Media has owned and operated a collection of radio stations that it has decided to sell. Who’s the buyer? It is a locally based operation.

With David Oxenford of Wilkinson Barker Knauer representing Mollman and Bob Silverman of Womble Bond Dickinson serving as Hillary’s legal representative in front of the FCC, paperwork has been submitted for regulatory approval outlining the terms of the pending transaction.
With Co-CEO Edward and Dustin Hillary signing off on the deal, a cash deposit of $43,375 has been made to Mollman. The total price being paid for the stations is $867,500.
Hillary is already operating the stations, thanks to an LMA that took effect December 1 with the signing of the asset purchase agreement.
