Until a few weeks ago, a 1kw daytime/20 watt nighttime AM radio station in Goodland, Ks., served the small community with an Oldies format. Then a bad storm blew through, damaging the station’s transmitter.
What will the station’s owner do? It is opting not to repair it, and shut down this “Gold” facility.
