MIWs Unveils Farber Mentorship in Management Class of 2025

Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, the non-profit group dedicated to advancing female leadership in radio broadcasting, has unveiled the MIW Erica Farber Mentorship in Management Class of 2025.


The program, sponsored by WideOrbit, sees four radio industry candidates participate in a mentorship opportunity designed to foster career growth and leadership development.


The 2025 class is as follows:
Alyssa Salisbury, Digital Solutions Manager, Townsquare Media Group
Kim Stead, Promotions Director/On-Air, NRG Media
Sheri Fermoyle, Sales Manager, Hubbard Radio
Tiffany Cobb, Director of Sales, Hampton Roads Media Group

 

The MIW Erica Farber Mentorship in Management program honors “the decades of leadership, passion, and vision that Farber has contributed to the radio industry.”

Jenna Miller, Chair of the 2025 MIW Mentoring Committee and a 2021 graduate of the MIW Mildred Carter Mentoring Program, commented, “The MIW Erica Farber Mentorship in Management program exemplifies our commitment to empowering women in radio broadcasting.
