Two are in Bad Axe, Mich., while a third property is in the Michigan municipality named Pigeon. Pending FCC approval, these radio stations will be under new ownership.

And let us say Aymen … as they prepare to hand them to the new licensee.

Class C WLEW-AM and Class C2 WLEW-FM in Bad Axe and Class C3 WHST-FM in Pigeon, Mich., which serve the Thumb region of the Lower Peninsula, are being sold by Richard and Matthew Aymen and their Thumb Broadcasting Inc.

The buyer is Joshua Anaman, who is paying $1 for the trio of broadcast properties.

At closing, $20,000 in cash will be paid to the Aymens. Then, a Promissory Note will be executed that sees the Aymens being the recipients of a $16,000 monthly payment.

Serving as the legal counsel to Thumb Broadcasting is Howard Liberman of Wilkinson Barker Knauer.
