Mexico’s FCC reins in Carlos Slim, Televisa

Mexico’s Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) unveiled numerous new regulations 3/7 to pare back the massive telcom business of billionaire Carlos Slim, but said it would not order a break-up of his companies for now.
