FOX Television Stations has named a Senior Vice President of Human Resources, and as of Wednesday assumed oversight of all HR functions for the unit, reporting directly to CEO Jack Abernethy.
Earning the post is Lauren Hallam. She joined FOX Corporation in 2019, rising from Vice President of Employee and Community Engagement to Senior Vice President of Employee and Community Engagement, to her most recent role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining FOX, Hallam held HR leadership roles at Gannett, Merrill Corporation, and Hearst Magazines.
“Throughout her tenure at FOX, Lauren has established herself as a leading HR executive with the ability to build excellent teams,” Abernethy said. “I know her people-first approach will be a strong fit as we continue to foster a positive work environment for all. We are pleased to welcome Lauren to FTS leadership and are excited to begin working with her.”
Hallam commented, “I am delighted to be joining the exceptionally talented team at FTS. Our employees are our most valuable asset, and I look forward to supporting and collaborating with this high performing group of professionals.”
