Media Logic, LLC has completed the acquisition of the assets of radio stations KSTC-AM (Oldies) and 100-kw Country KNNG-FM, licensed to Sterling, CO along with Adult Hits KNEC-FM, licensed to Yuma, CO from Arnold Broadcasting. Also included in the sale is a translator licensed to Sidney, NE. The purchase price is $750,000.
Jody McCoy of the Colorado Springs office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the seller in this transaction.
McCoy tells RBR-TVBR: “The sellers, Bill and Judy Arnold, are retiring. Wayne Johnson of Media Logic, LLC owns stations in the area. He has been operating the Arnold stations under a LMA since November 1.”
