HALIFAX — Nautel has named a Head of Quality Assurance and Support & Sustain, and it is a 29-year company veteran who previously directed Support & Sustain activities through his role as Production Engineering Manager.
Earning the promotion is Scott Marchand. “By bringing Quality Assurance and Support & Sustain together under Scott’s leadership, we are creating greater alignment between product quality, customer support, and long-term product sustainment,” said Nautel President/CEO Kevin Rodgers. “This will help us further enhance the customer experience while ensuring we maintain the high quality standards Nautel is known for.”
Marchand commented, “Having spent nearly three decades at Nautel, I’ve seen firsthand the commitment our teams bring to product quality and customer success. Those teams play a critical role in maintaining that reputation.
