Brian and Kevin Lilly are known across the broadcast media industry for their ownership of television stations in northwest Pennsylvania and for broadcast TV services linking U.S. territories in the Caribbean to the mainland.

Now, the Lilly brothers are teaming up to purchase a pair of digital low-powered television stations serving their home market of Erie.

The Lilly brothers, through Condado Holdings — a nod to the San Juan, Puerto Rico district, are agreeing to purchase WEPA-LD and WXTM-LD in Erie.

The seller is Long Island, N.Y.-based Michael Celenza, via his licensee Commercial Assets Inc.

A $105,000 purchase price has been agreed upon by both parties; a 10% escrow deposit is being held by agent John C. Trent. The remainder will be paid in cash, at closing.

The LPTVs will join WICU-TV and WSEE-TV, and WICU-FM in Erie, Pa.
