Licensee’s AM, FM Could Be Erased Over Delinquent Fees

A Class A FM serving Poplar Bluff, Mo., and its sibling daytime-only AM serving Paducah, Ky. and neighboring Metropolis, Ill., could be permanently removed from the broadcast dial.


It’s a threat being presented to the stations’ owner by FCC Media Bureau Chief Holly Saurer and FCC Managing Director Mark Stephens for failure to pay regulatory fees to the Commission over the course of several years.
