Soo Kim’s $136 Million Civil Rights Suit Against FCC Progresses


The judge overseeing Standard General’s lawsuit against the FCC for alleged civil rights violations in its decision to send the investment firm’s proposed acquisition of TEGNA to an Administrative Law Judge for a potentially lengthy review has given FCC’s Chairwoman, its Media Bureau Chief, and other defendants — including Charlie Ergen — a firm deadline to respond to the complaint.
