He is a 33-year radio industry veteran who has been associated with Cox Media Group since 1998, most recently serving as a Regional Vice President overseeing Houston and Tampa.
Meet the new VP/Market Manager for Hubbard Radio‘s three radio brands serving Chicago.
Appointed to the role is Keith Lawless, who will oversee Hot Adult Contemporary WTMX -FM 101.9 “The Mix,” WDRV-FM & WWDV-FM “The Drive,” and 90s/2000s-focused Adult Hits WSHE-FM.
CEO Ginny Morris commented, “We are pleased to welcome Keith to Hubbard Radio and look forward to watching him put his unique talents and experience to work with our great team in Chicago.”
Lawless has served as an Account Executive, National Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, VP/General Manager and VP/Market Manager across a career that includes positions at iHeartMedia predecessor Clear Channel Communications, at the former Paxson Communications, and at both Reier Broadcasting and Gross Communications.

Lawless exited CMG in September 2022, following his resignation.
The Hubbard Radio Chicago stations had been led by Jeff England, who in late 2016 transferred from Phoenix.
