With stints in the upper executive echelon of media giants in the television, radio and satellite facets of electronc communications, few can match the resume of industry legend Mel Karmazin. He will be the guest of honor at an NAB Show event 4/14/15.
As if the chance to spend an hour with Karmazin is not enough in and of itself, they will also be serving free beer and wine, among other things.
The event is called “Cocktails and Conversation” and will feature a chat between Karmazin and Wall Street Journal reporter Joe Flint. It will run from 5:30-6:30 local time.
“Mel Karmazin is a legend in the media business who helped build multiple media empires throughout his extraordinary career,” said NAB President and CEO Gordon Smith. “We are thrilled to have him speak at our show and look forward to this uniquely candid conversation with one of the industry’s greatest entrepreneur and business strategists.”
