K-LOVE Acquires Properties In Eastern Washington Push

Read’s Liberty Broadcasting System is selling KSPO-FM in Dishman, Wash., while his Read Broadcasting LLC is spinning KGDN-FM in Pasco, Wash.

Each are going to K-LOVE INC., the entity linked to Educational Media Foundation that is the parent of the K-LOVE and Air1 Worship Music networks found across the U.S.

A $1.3 million purchase price has been agreed to by the parties, with a $65,000 deposit made by K-LOVE to Read.

Serving as the seller’s broker in this transaction is Mark Jorgenson of Jorgenson Broadcast Brokerage.
