JSA Grandfather Bill Forwarded by Congress


U.S. CongressThe FCC last summer took a stand against JSAs in which one local broadcaster sells time for another. The Senate welcomed a bill to grandfather arrangements in place at that time, and now the House has followed suit.

Sen. Roy Bount (R-MO) was behind the Senate version. John Shimkus (R-IL) is leading the House effort.
