Robert Jamrog has gained notice for his role at JamTraxx Media, known for its dance-oriented programming and mix show syndication. Until now, he’s also held an attributable interest in FM translators.
With the FCC’s blessing, that will soon change in two markets.
K295CQ at 106.9 MHz in St. Louis, with a CP to relocate to 94.1 MHz; and W277BI at 103.3 MHz in Toledo, Ohio, will become 100%-owned by Patricia Anderson-Kimble, once that Commission approval is given.
A filing made with the FCC reflects the request, which sees James L. Oyster serving as Kimble’s legal counsel.
Anderson-Kimble and Jamrog were 50/50 partners in Fusion Radio LLC, and a stock transfer agreement was signed in which no monetary consideration will be made in connection to the shedding of Jamrog’s ownership.
Anderson-Kimble is based in Tucson, while Jamrog is located in Chicago.
In Toledo, W277BI rebroadcasts WTOL-HD2 as Hits & Throwbacks-focused “103.3 THE PARTY,” with imaging by longtime San Francisco air personality St. John. In St. Louis K295CQ has of late been associated with VSiN affiliate WGNU-AM.
