Golden City Broadcasting LLC is an Irwindale, Calif.-based licensee led by James Su. That entity made headlines in June, when it agreed to sell Las Vegas-market KADD-FM 93.5, licensed to Logandale, Nev., to Radio Activo 2 LLC.
The buyer, a Las Vegas-based broadcasting company owned by Eric Palacios, has now struck a second deal with Su — with different LLCs for the buyer and seller involved in this new transaction.
