The process of renewing a radio station’s license has the potential of revealing to the FCC Media Bureau’s Audio Division a failure to adhere to Commission rules. And, that’s exactly what has happened to an Iowa broadcaster.
After sending an application to renew the licenses for its two FMs, Gendreau Broadcast LLC was informed that it had “willfully and repeatedly” violated section 73.3526 of the Commission’s rules.
