More changes have come to the C-Suite at Philadelphia-based Audacy Inc., the audio content creation and distribution company founded as Entercom by Joseph Field and today controlled by Soros Fund Management. This sees the arrival of a new Chief Information Officer.

Taking the position is Steve Rollins, and he formally takes duties held until Friday by Sarah Foss, whose title was Chief Technology Officer.

At Audacy, the mandate for Steve Rollins is to oversee IT and Technical Operations and work closely with senior leadership to ensure the company’s technology strategy supports business and operational goals.

Rollins is a senior IT executive who has served as an information technologies venture capital consultant at Gabstin LLC, a role he took in January 2021 after 14 months as CTO of Kathy Kuo Home, an e-retailer.

From October 2014 through April 2019, he served as SVP and Chief Information Officer for the SESAC Companies — SESAC, Harry Fox and Mint — where he led large-scale IT transformations. Before that, Rollins was Global Head of IT Assurance for Reed Elsevier.

From February 2006 through June 2012 he was VP of Corporate IT for Martha Stewart Living. He has also consulted for startups and private equity firms ranging from $5 million to $1.2 billion in revenue.
