The buyer is Brooke Ingstad’s Radio Wahpeton Breckenridge.
The price is $235,000 to be paid by wire transfer at closing; a $40,000 deposit was to be credited towards the total price.
KZDR is a Class C3 FM with an ERP of 25,000 watts @ 328’ HAAT, operating on 92.7 MHz.
