It’s been five years since then-Nielsen Audio executive Brad Kelly and the most senior Media Analyst at Procter & Gamble Co. first appeared together at a radio industry event to discuss the No. 1 advertiser by dollars’ “radio experiment.”

At the upcoming Radio Masters Sales Summit in Cincinnati, they will reunite to reflect on their journey, discuss lessons learned from “the experiment,” and offer candid, clear-eyed feedback for radio sellers and the industry.

The Streamline Publishing and Center for Sales Strategy event, scheduled for September 13-14, sees John Fix not only reunite with Kelly for a fireside chat, but will feature Radio Ink honoring him “for his confidence in radio, along with his industry leadership,” with the Radio Wayne Advertiser Partner Award.

A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Fix began his career as an engineer. After being hired at Procter & Gamble, his professional trajectory transitioned from consumer goods manufacturing to becoming an innovator in using data in media planning. In 2017, he successfully reignited P&G’s commitment to radio advertising.
