Pitbull may be Mr. Worldwide, formerly Mr. 305, but there’s now a Miss 305 Worldwide in the greater New York City area — thanks to Horizon Media.
Sandra Alfaro, a 25-year Hispanic marketing and advertising professional who is a 1994 graduate of American University’s Kogod School of Business, has been named EVP and Managing Partner of the media buying firm’s 305 Worldwide arm.
For those wondering if 305 Worldwide has anything to do with Pitbull, it does.
It is a full-service multicultural advertising agency launched in association with the producer and reggaetón star legally known as Armando Christian Pérez.
Pérez, a.k.a. Pitbull, is formally 305 Worldwide’s Chief Creative Officer.
Alfaro will partner with Horizon Multicultural and Karina Dobarro, SVP Managing Director of Multicultural, “to leverage the full resources of Horizon Media for her clients.”
